Several months ago, I engaged in a conversation with Instagram concerning the use of my blasphemy sound by an individual who was selling penile attire at mypackstrap. I asked Instagram to remove my voice behind the penile wares/attire, sold by this individual but they refused. I am using this sound for the reunion with my son. There are others who are using the sound in different ways, and they have my permission to do so.

I sent my copyright information to Instagram, but they still refused to remove my sound. When Instagram claimed that they didn't have proof that I owned the sound, I added them as additional defendants to my suit against Tiktok.
