

According to the new State of the Plant-Based in Foodservice report by Plant Based Food Association (PBFA), nearly HALF of all restaurants in the United States are carrying vegan options.
From delicious whole foods plant-based meals, to vegan milks, cheeses, meats, and more, there is no shortage of animal-free foods. So why is the USDA not offering dairy-free milk, cheese, and yogurt to the estimated 408,000 lactose intolerant students that need them?
