No Judge, No Court date, No Release Date, No Answers

Over 8 months later, Dr. Christian E. Sanon remains detained in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. In December, Dr. Sanon's date to appear in court for false allegations pertaining to the crime was blasted on local radio stations. This jeopardized his overall well-being and ultimately resulted in the court date being rescheduled. Unfortunately, his new court date was never confirmed. Later in the week, the assigned judge to the case was terminated and never replaced. 

Currently, Dr. Sanon has been battling heart complications due to previous conditions. His medical records have been requested on several occasions but neither the US Embassy nor the prison has provided anything. By the grace of God, Dr. Sanon has continued his mission within the walls of the prison cell by preaching the gospel and using his medical ability to help others. Approximately, 10-12 inmates have repented from their sins and accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior. Other inmates have gained functional mobility and regained their health to live another day. God has used Dr. Sanon for great works but these conditions are inhumane for any innocent man.
