Willie is Back!!!

Friends of Allendale, Shreveport City Council President Willie A Bradford has reintroduced his resolution in support of building an Inner Coty Connector through his own district despite the vocal objections of his own constituents. Residents of Allendale wil return to Government Plaza today to raise their objections to this resolution and the media will be there to cover it because of the attention you have brought to this neighborhood. What you can do to help: 1). If you are a Shreveport resident, please join us at 3 pm to show your support for the homeowners in Allendale who will be speaking in opposition to this resolution. 2). If you would like to register your own opposition, you can do so by filling out a form outside of the council chamber before the meeting. You may also speak for three minutes if you want but it isn't required. 3) Contact your council representative and ask them to vote NO on this resolution. 4). Everyone can help even if you don't live in Shreveport by sharing this petition with one friend and asking them to sign and share it too and then join us in spirit at 3pm Central to speak truth to power.
