We, the residents of Olympia Opaline and Sequel, comprising 1848 flats with more than 8000 residents , write to you with utmost urgency and concern regarding the recurring and frequent interruptions in our power supply. On behalf of our association, we beseech your intervention to address this critical matter that affects the livelihoods and well-being of our community.

Over the past six months, we have been enduring persistent disruptions and unsettling fluctuations in our power supply. This distressing situation has significantly impacted our residents, many of whom are senior citizens and numerous families residing within the premises of the Olympia Opaline & Sequel. The repeated power supply interruptions have led to inconveniences, discomfort, and even safety concerns during such instances.

It is with profound respect and humility that we draw your attention to the history of our power supply. Previously, we received a reliable and seamless power supply from the Sub Station situated near Hiranandani Towers. This situation drastically changed in the past six months when our power supply was diverted to the Sholinganallur Sub Station, routed through Semmancherry. Regrettably, this transition has brought about the turmoil and hardships we currently face.

We earnestly and humbly request your immediate attention and action in reinstating our power supply through the Hiranandani Sub Station, which had previously provided consistent and dependable service. We believe that reverting to this source would significantly alleviate the distress caused by the present disruptions.

Furthermore, we wish to bring to your attention that our community houses an inbuilt Sub Station with a capacity of 33 KV. Activating and utilizing this Sub Station to supply power to our community would undoubtedly alleviate the prevalent power-related challenges. The dire need for this change is further accentuated by the inconvenience faced by our residents, particularly the elderly and children, who struggle to navigate their daily lives amidst the frequent power crises.

We approach you, Sir, with unwavering hope and trust in your capacity to bring about positive change. We earnestly request your intervention in facilitating either the restoration of power supply through the Hiranandani Sub Station or the expeditious operationalization of the inbuilt Sub Station within our community.

Your understanding of our situation and empathetic consideration of our request would immensely benefit the majority of our residents, many of whom are senior citizens. Your assistance in restoring consistent power supply would not only alleviate our immediate troubles but also enhance the quality of life within our community.

We express our sincere gratitude for your attention to this matter and for your ongoing commitment to providing reliable and efficient power supply to the people of Chennai. We eagerly await your favorable response and swift action to address our concerns.
