We the people are extremely exhausted mentally, emotionally and physically due to depraved indifference and police brutality against the mentally ill, and in this case the deceased is once again a Black Haitian American law abiding Citizen.

Mr. Jean "Sam" Celestin was in crisis when according to his mother's statement: "told officers Celestin had been diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoia, Bipolar disorder and anxiety, and previously," "Baker Acted."

• Reopen the case against unnamed police officers and conduct a fair, unbiased investigation by federal officials. 
• We are DEMANDING charges be brought against unnamed officers who deployed their tasers continuously on an unarmed mental patient in crisis.
• Arrest the Ocoee/Windermere officers who caused Mr. Celestin death.
