To the Public Servants of the City of Glendale,

I am writing on behalf of a group of concerned Glendale residents to bring to your attention three petitions currently gathering support within our community. These petitions address critical issues affecting our city, our freedom, and our lives. We will not be under implied consent.

These petitions remain open as we continue to collect signatures, ensuring that the voices of Glendale residents are heard and cannot be ignored.

We, the People, Will Enforce Our Rights

Our rights are unalienable, meaning they cannot be taken away lawfully.  However, history has shown that rights are often violated when left undefended.  This is why we will not allow unconstitutional policies, mandates, or restrictions to infringe on our freedoms.  We live in a Constitutional Republic and not a democracy.

• We know our rights. The Constitution and Bill of Rights do not "grant" them—they restrict the government from infringing upon them.
• We refuse implied consent. If government overreach is not challenged, it is assumed we accept it. We do not.
• We hold officials accountable. We demand transparency, public records, and justification for every policy affecting our rights.
• We take legal action when necessary. Unlawful mandates and ordinances will be challenged in court.
• We organize, resist, and refuse compliance with unconstitutional overreach.
• We will defend our rights by every means necessary.

We urge you to review the attached documents and acknowledge the concerns presented by the residents of Glendale.

We Expect Immediate Action: Transparency, Accountability, and Compliance with the Constitution

This means:

• An immediate public response from City Council addressing these concerns, not silence or dismissal.
• A full public review of policies affecting zoning, taxation, surveillance, and transportation changes, with no backdoor deals.
• A halt to any unconstitutional mandates or policies infringing on private property, movement, or financial autonomy.
• Consequences for officials violating their oaths to uphold the Constitution—no more unchecked power.

Failure to take real, corrective action will result in:

• Exposure of corruption and unlawful actions to the fullest extent possible.

We demand accountability, transparency, and lawful governance—not the enforcement of ideological agendas that violate our Constitutional, unalienable, and irrevocable rights.

The signatures we’ve gathered represent those who are deeply informed and committed to ensuring that our city’s policies align with the interests and freedoms of its citizens. This core group of concerned citizens speaks not only for themselves but also for others in the community who may not yet be able to speak out.  While we anticipate continued growth in support as awareness spreads, the voices you see today are informed, dedicated, and determined.  They are not speaking out of mere dissatisfaction, but out of a deep understanding of the challenges facing our city, and a commitment to seeing change.
