Today April 10th is Becquerel Awareness Day. To mark the occasion, Fukushima Fallout Awareness Network is greeting two new anime "education allies", Geiger Girl and Becquerel Boy. The government of Japan has pledged to double the number of visitors to the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics and many will head to Fukushima for baseball, softball, and soccer games. Geiger Girl and Becquerel Boy's mission is to shed light on the subject.
