Respected Sir,

We, the residents of Sector-75, Noida specifically from Apex Athena, Maxblis White House, Panchsheel Pratishtha, and Jewel of Noida (DASNAC) write to express our deep concern over the alarming degradation of civic infrastructure in our area.

Despite multiple complaints submitted over the past months, no concrete action has been taken by either Noida Authority or the concerned builders. The condition of the roads is utterly appalling, marked by over 90 large potholes that have worsened significantly during the monsoon. In some stretches, it is genuinely difficult to distinguish between the road and the potholes. The absence of street lighting further compounds the danger, especially during evenings and nights.

Stray animals roam unchecked, posing serious risks to children, the elderly, and the differently-abled. In many instances, residents have been forced to fill potholes on their own to prevent accidents an unfortunate reflection of administrative apathy.

To add to the daily chaos, illegal parking near Spectrum Mall continues unabated, severely obstructing traffic and endangering commuters and pedestrians.

This situation is not only unacceptable but also disgraceful for a sector that is promoted as a premium residential area of Noida. The continued lack of accountability from builders and the silence of local authorities make us feel abandoned living in conditions more akin to an unplanned slum.

Every time society representatives approach the Noida Authority, we are repeatedly told that the road and infrastructure work is the responsibility of the Sector’s developer. If that is the case, why has the Authority not enforced strict compliance from these developers especially when it is regularly collecting registry fees, property transfer charges, and other government levies from residents? If the developer fails to act, then the Authority must immediately take over the infrastructure work and recover the costs from the responsible builder. It is deeply unfair for residents to suffer due to inaction or jurisdictional ambiguity.

We earnestly seek your urgent intervention in this matter. We request that your good office issue instructions to the concerned departments and ensure the following actions without further delay:

  • Immediate inspection and assessment of the area
  • Prompt repair and resurfacing of all damaged roads
  • Installation of adequate and functional street lighting
  • Stray animal control and safety measures
  • Enforcement against illegal parking near Spectrum Mall
  • Clear accountability from responsible builders and developers

This letter is sent with the full backing and consent of residents across the four societies mentioned. We trust you will treat this matter with the seriousness it warrants and help restore safe and livable conditions in Sector-75.

Sincerely,

Apex Athena Apartment Owners Association & and nearby Societies
