Update

Thank you all for your signatures and support.

We're all frustrated and disillusioned by the failure of our decrepit "municipality" - stereotypical of the Govan Mbeki district.

I'll do a check-in tomorrow morning and, if sufficient signatures have been obtained, I'll initiate the process of liaising with:
