If there was ever a time where our democracy needs us the most, it is now. The principle that NO ONE is above the law is not only fundamental but crucial to the integrity and strength of our nation. Allowing a sitting president, past, present or future, to have immunity while in office completely defeats the purpose for our checks and balances. By signing this petition, you have taken a stand for justice and the rule of  law.
