Time is running out. The Statute of Limitations to file Social Hosting charges in the death of Noah (Nichols) Presgrove expires September 4, 2025. Once that date passes, this legal avenue will be permanently closed.
We are calling on the Oklahoma Highway Patrol – Troop Z to immediately turn over all case evidence to the District Attorney for review and possible Social Hosting charges.
