UPDATE: Civil Lawsuit Filed in Noah Presgrove's Case – A New Path Forward
Dear supporters,
First, thank you—from the bottom of our hearts—for standing behind the call for justice in Noah Presgrove’s case. Your voices, signatures, and shares have brought attention to the glaring gaps in accountability, and your ongoing support continues to matter more than you know.
Today, we want to update you on a major development:
On June 23, 2025, the Estate of Noah Nichols (Presgrove) filed a civil lawsuit in Stephens County against multiple individuals and a business entity connected to the events surrounding Noah’s death. This suit alleges serious wrongdoing and seeks to uncover the truth through legal discovery, sworn depositions, and court-supervised evidence gathering.
We believe this lawsuit may ultimately hold more power and long-term effect than the original push for social hosting charges alone.
While our efforts to push for social hosting laws were valid and necessary, those charges alone wouldn't bring us any closer to fully holding those responsible for Noah’s death accountable. The civil suit, however, opens the door to legally binding processes—forcing cooperation, truth-telling, and exposure of those who have remained silent, contradictory, or protected.
After speaking with others involved and learning more, we now know that Noah’s family has been quietly and diligently working behind the scenes to build this legal case. Their silence wasn’t inaction—it was strategic. No one outside their inner circle knew what was coming, and now that it’s here, it makes perfect sense why they waited to act until the timing and evidence were right.
What this means:
We are temporarily holding off on further action with the social hosting petition, pending the outcome of this civil suit. We believe this is the stronger, more reliable path to achieving our shared goal: truth, accountability, and ultimately, criminal charges against those who caused or contributed to Noah’s death.
We know it’s been frustrating not seeing immediate legal consequences. But this moment is proof that action is happening—and it’s happening through the system, not just around it.
Please continue to follow updates on the case and stay engaged. Your support still matters. It shows Noah’s family and legal team that this community is still watching, still caring, and still demanding truth.
Thank you for standing with us.
