Hello Friend!

At this moment, there are no new updates from the Attorney General's office. West Virginia remains in the lawsuit. On March 21, the WV Attorney General along with the other 16 states who are participating in the lawsuit must update the court in Texas about their position on the lawsuit. 

In the meantime, we are continuing to advocate for WV's Attorney General, JB McCuskey to withdraw from the lawsuit Texas v. Becerra. 

Currently, we have a campaign called COLOR For 504! We have worked with several artists to create coloring sheets advocating for disability rights. We would love for you to print off a coloring page and mail it to Attorney General JB McCuskey. You are welcome to share a story with him about why you would like him to withdraw.

We are still calling the Attorney General's office requesting that they withdraw. Some of our advocates were outside his office last week advocating for Section 504.
