Tomorrow, Monday 3/3, our Section 504 awareness campaign kicks off on our facebook page 50for504 ! Twice a day, at 7am and 7pm, we will be posting to educate people what Section 504 is and why it must be protected! Please follow our facebook page and share our posts with your network. 

Please continue making calls to the WV Attorney General's office to ask JB McCuskey to withdraw from the lawsuit, Texas v. Becerra. 

If you have questions about the lawsuit, please check out the FAQ from DREDF, a national organization, helping states advocate for Section 504. DREDF also shared an update on the lawsuit that was very helpful. 

If you are in the Charleston, WV area tomorrow, Mon 3/3, we will be at the Capitol (BLVD side) for a Honk and Wave from 4:30-5:30 pm. You are invited to stand with us on the sidewalk and wave, or you can drive by and honk your horn in support of PEIA, Section 504, and our Foster Care system.
