A current USNMC member is now publicly defending Mastino Rescue’s decision to withhold a dog from his breeder, saying the dog appeared to be malnourished. This same USNMC member has a documented history of questionable dog care herself and Mastino Rescue has allowed her to foster dogs for years! The photo above is her kennel and dog. Mastino Rescue also let the dog in question's injury worsen under their "care". This situation highlights the troubling connections and ongoing issues both with certain USNMC members and Mastino Rescue.
