Urge the NFL to reconsider Bad Bunny's Superbowl performance

Urge the NFL to reconsider Bad Bunny's Superbowl performance
The Issue
I have honestly never heard of Bad Bunny until news broke of him refusing to tour in the United States while hypocritically agreeing to perform during the NFL Superbowl halftime show. This is personal to me because I believe the NFL should support our law enforcement in every possible way. Inviting activist entertainers who do not align with this support undermines the values that many of us hold dear as Americans. The Superbowl is a time-honored event celebrating football, unity, and American pride. Therefore, the performance during halftime should reflect these values—performed by someone who loves America and stands by the laws and law enforcement officials dedicated to upholding them.
These brave men and women, including ICE agents, work tirelessly to protect our borders and ensure that our immigration laws are respected. By allowing a performer like Bad Bunny, who openly disagrees with the enforcement of these laws, the NFL seemingly contradicts their own support for American law enforcement. Bad Bunny's protest by refusing to tour in the U.S. is clear. He opposes the current administration's approach to immigration control—an approach that was democratically elected by the American people.
I urge the NFL to reconsider their decision to feature Bad Bunny in such an esteemed event. We, as a nation, deserve a halftime show that not only entertains us but also represents the principles and dedication held by those who protect and serve our country every day. If Bad Bunny refuses to tour in America, he should not have the privilege of performing at America's favorite sporting event. Let’s insist that the NFL aligns with the values of its audience and honors American law enforcement by selecting a halftime performer who exemplifies respect for this great nation and its laws.
Please, join me in signing this petition to urge the NFL to reconsider their choice of halftime performers, and choose someone who truly embodies American values and respects our laws.
