Hello all, I recently became aware that the University of Manitoba is updating their Respectful Workplace policies and are seeking public opinion. Please go to the following link to complete the one question survey and copy and paste the following into the survey: 

"Please add size and weight discrimination to your updated policies."

It's as easy as that! We could all be a part of changing policy at the University of Manitoba by completing this survey. There is strength in numbers! If this change is made, perhaps it will lead to changes in our Provincial Human Rights code as well!
