This petition is an urgent call to action for the United States House of Representatives to pass a crucial aid package destined for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan when it comes their way. I know some people might think this bill won't even help US citizens, but it will help both directly and indirectly. 2/3rds of the bill is going here in the US to help factories produce the much needed munitions for Ukraine's war effort.  These countries are key allies in maintaining global stability and peace. In 2020 alone, foreign aid from the US helped save approximately 3 million lives through health programs worldwide (source: USAID). This proposed aid package will not only strengthen diplomatic ties and the military of the nations listed, but also contribute significantly towards humanitarian efforts in these regions. Israel has done some bad things, horrible things, and Hamas has also. But even without this bill the horrible crimes will continue. The house could even attach some conditions onto it, saying that Israel can only get the military aid if it calls for a ceasefire. Even if Israel doesn't do it, the crucial humanitarian aid can go to the Palestinians in need. We urge our representatives to recognize this importance and act swiftly.
