My life and many others have been drastically impacted by the severe administrative failings of the Teachers Pension Scheme (TPS). Personally, I've been immobilised, unable to obtain a CETV valuation for my divorce, effectively causing a standstill in my life. But I'm not alone in this struggle. Other dedicated members, some with terminal illnesses, have been unjustly denied access to the money they are undoubtedly entitled to through the scheme. These severe shortcomings have profound impacts, causing significant detriment to our mental health and overall wellbeing.

These heart-wrenching stories are the consequence of TPS's grave disservices. The government needs to step in and hold the TPS accountable for their serious mismanagement. With over a million members(ONS,2020), the lack of effective administration is causing widespread distress and hardships. Day by day, Teachers Pension Scheme are failing to provide members their deserved entitlements, causing undue suffering.
