The Bad News

SB25-003 has passed Congress and is now on Governor Polis’s desk. He has three options:

• Sign it into law (effective September 2026
• Do nothing, and it automatically becomes law (September 2026)
• Veto the bill

Now is the most critical time to act! Below is a call to action to email the Governor and urge him to veto this bill.
