We're approaching a major milestone: 5,000 signatures on our petition—a huge achievement. However, to gain national attention and make an impact, we need many more voices.

Colorado Senate Bill SB25-003, widely regarded as the most egregious gun legislation ever proposed, is now in its third reading on the Colorado House floor.

It’s highly likely that this bill will pass and be signed into law by Governor Polis.

We must fight back in court. This requires both civil and federal lawsuits.

This petition calls for the latter—urging Pam Bondi and the U.S. Department of Justice to take legal action against the State of Colorado for infringing on the rights of U.S. citizens living in the state.
