The next school board meeting is coming up on Monday, December 16th. 
I don't see the Prairie View bathrooms as a discussion item on the agenda. 
Mr. Clooten, it appears will be reporting to the board on several issues under the agenda item: Superintendent's Report. It is indicated as (for information only).  

If you open the document of his report (link below) you can read it.  He provides a few options for considerations for the bathrooms, but Mr. Clooten only suggests he's worried about the timeline.

It appears there is no opportunity for discussion at this meeting, which again, is surprising. If there has been a special meeting outside of the monthly school board meetings where they may have had this discussion, I am not aware of it. 

I have sent a written (emailed) request for information to Mr. Clooten and board president, Cory Meyer, today.
