Urge Our Representatives to oppose the Anti-Weaponization Fund

The Issue

I am sick of MAGA utilizing the United States Government for their personal gains. It infuriates me to think that taxpayer's hard-earned money might be diverted towards the creation of the Anti-Weaponization Fund, a potential slush fund intended to bail out Trump's allies when they fall on the wrong side of the law. We cannot sit back and allow such misuse of our public funds to take place.

The idea behind the Anti-Weaponization Fund is to grant reparations to and shield certain individuals considered loyal to MAGA from prosecution when they break the law.  However, what it really signifies is a disturbing attempt to both legitimize and support right-wing extremists AND make Trump, his businesses, and his family immune from following the law.  As part of the May 2026 Department of Justice settlement resolving Donald Trump’s IRS lawsuit (to the tune of 1.776 billion dollars), the addendum dictates that the federal government is "forever barred and precluded" from prosecuting or examining any past tax matters concerning Trump, his relatives, or his business interests.

This link to a May 31, 2026 Forbes article lists in detail the reprehensible individuals and groups already looking to cash in on this "fund", including members of the Proud Boys, other January 6 rioters, and many more.

This lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially in a nation that prides itself on justice and fairness.

Despite any political allegiance, we must hold those in power accountable for their actions. The creation of such a fund is not only unfair but sends a dangerous precedent for how public money could be misused. It is our responsibility as citizens to ensure that our representatives do not support this undermining of justice and equity.

Congressmen and Senators alike must realize that by not stopping the creation of the Anti-Weaponization Fund, they are endorsing the idea that government resources can be used at the whims of certain individuals for the protection of criminals and "loyalists", further eroding public trust. Instead of supporting this fund, we should collectively push for transparency and accountability across all levels of government.

I urge you to act now and petition your Congressmen and Senators to vote against the Anti-Weaponization Fund. Let them know you stand for justice, transparency, and the proper use of taxpayer's money. Let us be clear in our demand for ethical governance and speak up against misuse of power. Sign this petition and help prevent our nation’s resources from being misused.
