Urge Nubuzin to honor their commitments to creators
The Issue
Thousands of content creators invest significant time, creativity, and resources into producing high-quality content for brands. When a company advertises guaranteed rewards for completing campaign requirements, creators should be able to trust that those commitments will be honored.
Unfortunately, many creators who participated in Nubuzin’s creator campaign report that they completed the required tasks in good faith but have not received the guaranteed rewards they expected. This situation is not only disheartening, but it also undermines the trust that content creators place in brand partnerships, putting their livelihoods at risk.
We respectfully ask Nubuzin to take the following actions:
1. **Review every eligible creator’s submission fairly** to ensure that all creators who have met the stipulated requirements are justly rewarded.
2. **Honor all guaranteed rewards** for creators who successfully met the campaign requirements. Creators should not be penalized due to factors beyond their control.
3. **Clearly explain any rejected submissions** with evidence and provide a transparent appeals process. This clarity is necessary for building trust and ensuring fair treatment.
4. **Improve communication** with affected creators to provide them with timely updates and feedback on their submissions, helping to avoid misunderstandings and unnecessary frustration.
5. **Commit to fair and transparent creator campaigns** going forward. Implementing clear guidelines and transparent processes will strengthen trust and ensure a productive collaboration between Nubuzin and the creator community.
By making these changes, Nubuzin can demonstrate its commitment to ethical practices and foster a positive working relationship with content creators. It is crucial to rebuild trust and create a sustainable environment where creators feel valued and respected.
Please sign this petition to urge Nubuzin to take immediate action and honor their commitments to content creators who have “earned” the trust and rewards promised to them.
