In the middle of a cost of living crisis, as local residents we are outraged that North Sydney Council is proposing rate increases of up to 111% over the next 3 years. This increase would challenge many in the community, including first-time home buyers and long-term older residents.

Therefore, we, the undersigned residents and community of North Sydney, oppose the proposed rate increases.

We urge the council to consider the pressing financial circumstances of its constituents and to encourage wider community participation in decisions that affect us all. Join us in rallying North Sydney Council to keep rates fair for us all. Please, sign our petition.
