You signed. Here's what's happened since ... and what's next.

Last year, you and over 1,000 North Dakotans signed a petition calling on our members of Congress to hold in-person town halls.

They still haven't.

A lot has happened since then. Tariffs are hitting North Dakota farmers. National Guard members have been sent to Washington, DC. Federal funding for education, mental health, and senior programs has been cut.

When this much is changing, North Dakotans need ways to hold their government accountable, and the League of Women Voters of North Dakota is here to help. We're a nonpartisan organization that runs voter guides, hosts candidate forums, and encourages civic participation. We know that the government works best when it involves the people it represents.

If you are looking for a way to get involved:

Vote. The June 9 primary is coming up. Use VOTE411.org to learn about your candidates and ballot measures

Volunteer. For the June and November, we need Election Observers who can observe at a polling site. You can sign up for June observation at sign up online. Or pick another way to get involved.

Join. Local Leagues are growing across North Dakota. We have Leagues in Bismarck-Mandan, Fargo-Moorhead, Grand Forks, and Minot, and groups growing in Dickinson, Jamestown, Valley City, and Williston. You can also be a member-at-large if there isn't a local League near you. Join the League.

Donate. Your support helps fund voter guides, voting rights advocacy, and civic education across the state. Make a gift.

Share. Tell a friend about VOTE411.org, spread the word about our election observer program, or invite someone to a local League event. Word of mouth is one of the most powerful things you can do.
