Over the past two years, Marinus Pharmaceutical's drug Ganaxalone has brought hope to many families and patients living with epilepsy caused by Tuberous Sclerosis. Ganaxalone has helped my child and others to manage and significantly reduce their seizures. 

However, due to Marinus Pharmaceutical's recent cancellation of the TrustTSC study, continued production of and access to Ganaxalone is under threat for our families. Marinus is failing their promise to provide study participants with Ganaxalone for years (even beyond the study). 

We need your help to persuade Marinus Pharmaceuticals to continue providing Ganaxalone to all TrustTSC participants who wish to continue receiving the medicine. We gratefully acknowledge their work and effort to date which has helped us and our families, and we share their disappointment that it does not help every patient in the same way.  

However, if they have stocks of the medicine, it is vital that they honor their promise to us and continue to provide it as long as possible.
