I, like many others, have always been fascinated by the AN-225 airplane. Its sheer size and power are awe-inspiring. It was a symbol of human achievement in aviation and its recent demolition has left many of us feeling a sense of loss. Creating a Lego set in honor of this iconic plane would not only be a fitting tribute but also an opportunity for future generations to learn about this marvel of engineering.

The AN-225 was the heaviest aircraft ever built with a maximum takeoff weight of 640 tonnes (1,410,958 pounds). It was originally developed to transport the Buran spaceplane for the Soviet Union in the 1980s (source: Guinness World Records).
