Working long 12-hour shifts at the stand-alone outpatient Emergency Hospital at 7401 South Wilmot Road, I and many colleagues find it challenging to secure warm, fresh meals nearby. Currently, our options are limited, and delivery isn't always feasible due to the extra costs and time involved. Having experienced the delicious offerings of Jollibee, with their mouth-watering mango peach pies, irresistible fried chicken/sandwiches, umami-laden palabok, and savory slightly-sweet spaghetti, I firmly believe that a Jollibee location would be a game-changer for all of us - and the surrounding, underserved residential communities at large!

The southwest region of Tucson is experiencing rapid residential growth across a diverse range of demographics. While this growth unfolds, the dining options have remained sparse, leaving a gap in the market for quality and diverse offerings. Introducing a Jollibee restaurant here would not only provide much-needed dining variety but also cater to a growing population seeking new and delicious cuisine options.

There's a promising opportunity awaiting Jollibee at the lot for lease/sale next to the new 200 residence development adjacent to our hospital. The area is bursting with hungry customers, from medical professionals like me to young, modern families settling into the newer developments, to the elderly (and snowbird) demographics - all ready to embrace a taste of Jollibee's unique offerings.
