From May 2025 through August 2025, I was the landlord of Yadira Galvan, who not only failed to pay rent for three consecutive months but also made communication nearly impossible. Despite my efforts to handle the matter respectfully and privately, her persistent non-compliance forced me to take further action. To my dismay, when I finally evicted her, she left my property in a dire state that required extensive repairs and clean-up.

Unfortunately, my experience is not isolated. Many individuals across the Tri-Cities area have fallen victim to Ms. Galvan’s deceitful practices, primarily through her operation, the Family Resource Center. Victims have reported financial loss, emotional stress, and significant life disruptions due to her scamming spree, where she allegedly manipulates and defrauds unsuspecting residents.
