This stance compels me to request that world leaders cut off diplomatic and trade relations with the United States until President Donald Trump is removed from office.

The motivation behind this plea is grounded in the belief that President Trump is harming the essence of democracy, a claim supported by scholars like Timothy Snyder, author of "Road to Unfreedom" who contends that Trump's administration echoes autocratic tactics seen in history (Snyder, T., 2018).

Moreover, according to Freedom House, an independent watchdog organization, the U.S. democracy score — on a scale from 1 to 100, where 100 represents the highest level of democratic progress — has fallen from 94 in 2010 to 86 in 2020, coinciding with Trump's tenure (Freedom House, 2020).

Furthermore, my personal conviction finds resonance in the fact that President Trump has been impeached twice by the House of Representatives, making him the first U.S. president in history to have been impeached twice — a sign that his presidency has sparked immense divisiveness and controversy (United States House of Representatives, 2021).
