Thank you for your support of SB 74; unfortunately, this measure did not pass the 2025  GA Legislature and pornographic materials that you, members of the community, find to be obscene will continue to be present in, and checked out of GA libraries. Perhaps a new approach to removing these materials is warranted.

Please continue your advocacy in your own library and flag and submit requests for reconsideration of offensive pornographic materials you discover. Call your County Commissioner and your Library Board Chairman and let them know how you feel about pornographic and obscene materials in your library.
