The Leftists in Columbia County calling themselves the "Good Trouble Coalition" are pressuring the County Library Trustees with a lawsuit for reshelving the books. They are also pressuring GA Sen. Burns for introducing Senate Bill 74. 

The Good Trouble Coalition believes that the County library is trying to remove ALL LGBT books because of one person who challenges any and all of such books. There is intense debate about children's' books showing two male penguins raising a baby penguin; however, this discussion takes away from the issue of removing OBSCENE books from the library. The opposition is conflating these two issues and refuses to listen to those whose goal is to remove the obscenity from the library; in fact, the Good Trouble Coalition insists that there are ZERO obscene books in the library.

If you believe in SB74 and shelving books in an age-appropriate manner (i.e., shelving books about sex and violence in the adult section) please attend the library meetings and be counted. The County attorney doesn't think that we exist because they only see our opposition.
