WE NEED ONE MORE BIG PUSH BEFORE THE PROTEST!

This is a reminder to join us on April 30 from 8:00–10:00 AM at the Vancouver Convention Centre (1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC) as we come together to protest the mass killing of stray dogs in Morocco ahead of the FIFA World Cup.

We will stand in solidarity with an incredible coalition — @ladyfreethinker @iawpc @ida_international @spca_international @thesavemovement — to ensure the world is watching. With FIFA delegates gathering nearby, this is a critical moment to raise our voices and demand change.

What’s happening in Morocco is deeply disturbing. Stray dogs are being culled in inhumane and brutal ways in an effort to “clean up” cities. These animals pose no threat, yet they are suffering immensely. This is not just about animal welfare — it’s about humanity.

Your presence matters. Showing up sends a powerful message that compassion cannot be ignored.
