Yesterday,  just days after the pylons were replaced there were 2 more down. Today they are back up. This is going to be an extremely expensive endeavour for the city of Edmonton. If they’re going to come out every day to replace pylons that get run over or hit I’m assuming by cars. Maybe sooner or later, it will dawn on our city council that plastic does not stand up to metal and this could become very costly.
I also saw younger person on an electric scooter smoking a joint.
As a pedestrian, I’ve been hit by an ETS bus. it was not fun. I cannot imagine what is going through someone’s head to smoke a joint and hop on Scooter and take the risk of getting hit by a vehicle or accidentally hitting someone.

Please continue to share my petition. Even if you don’t live in the area, this is a city of Edmonton problem not just a Hermitage Road problem. And again, if you don’t think bike lanes are an issue drive to some of the communities that are having these put in and imagine having to live in that community because it’s coming to your area too.
