To The Walt Disney Company and Fox Corporation Leadership,

Following the December 14, 2017 announcement of Disney's acquisition of 21st Century Fox, and the subsequent spinoff of Fox Corporation on March 19, 2019, Hollywood's entertainment landscape shifted dramatically. We, the undersigned, now call on The Walt Disney Company to sell 20th Century Studios, 20th Television, Searchlight Pictures, BabyTV, FX Networks (FX, FXX, FXM), National Geographic Global Networks, and Disney’s 73% stake in National Geographic Partners back to Fox Corporation.

This historic reversal will restore competitive balance, bring classic branding back to entertainment, and allow both companies to maximize their legacy strengths.

The Corporate and Executive Plan:

• Corporate Restructuring: Fox Corporation will officially rename itself back to 21st Century Fox.
• Executive Leadership: Lachlan Murdoch will become the Chairman and CEO of the revived 21st Century Fox, while Josh D'Amaro remains CEO of The Walt Disney Company.
• Headquarters Relocation: The physical headquarters for 20th Century, 20th Television, Searchlight, and FX Networks will move from the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank back to the historic Fox Studio Lot in Century City.

Brand and Production Restorations:

• Studio Names: 20th Century Studios reverts to 20th Century Fox, and Searchlight Pictures reverts to Fox Searchlight Pictures.
• Television Production: 20th Television (production arm) reverts to 20th Century Fox Television. Searchlight Television will be absorbed back into a revived Fox 21 Television Studios.
• Animation Divisions: Blue Sky Studios will be fully revived. 20th Television Animation will be renamed back to Fox Television Animation, and its on-screen logo will be replaced by the main 20th Century Fox Television production logo.
• Distribution Networks: 20th Television (as a distributor) will return as the active television syndication and distribution arm for 20th Century Fox Television, Fox 21 Television Studios, MTM Enterprises, Four Star Television, FX Productions, and the 20th Century Fox film studio.
• Disney Legacy: Concurrently, Disney will revive ABC Studios as an independent production company.

Programming Shifts:

• Selected Fox Sports programming will return to FX and FXX to maximize sports broadcasting reach across the newly unified network.
