As a dedicated Disney Vacation Club (DVC) member from the United Kingdom, I am deeply saddened and frustrated by Disney's recent move, which I feel isolates its international guests. Disney's new 'first come first served' policy on its Multi-Pass and Lightning Lane services offers limited options only to customers physically present in the United States, leaving international guests at a clear disadvantage. This policy feels highly discriminative, as those from anywhere outside the U.S becomes last in the line...quite literally.

Disney is renowned for its global popularity, with reportedly nearly a quarter of its theme park attendees coming from abroad as per data from Statista in 2019. The recent policy hence significantly impacts millions of international fans, subjecting them to longer wait times, less flexibility, and an overall diminished Disney experience.

It is important that we retain the joy and egalitarian magic that we associate with the Disney brand and its parks. Therefore, we call on Disney to revise this policy and offer equal purchasing access to their Multi-Pass and Lightning Lane for their customers, irrespective of geographical location.
