Hello everyone The owner cleared a lot of overgrowth from the home, but it’s still not up to code. If you’ve driven by it, you’ll also noticed he left all the brush on the street side, off his property, so cars are unable to drive on that side. That’s been reported to the city. The City Planner is sending out a contractor to estimate price of completion for the brush to get it up to code, and once that’s approved and done, the city will inspect the outside of the house—which is very clearly in major disrepair. All the soffit is rotted and falling off, there are visible holes, and the roof is caving in places. All this to say, we are going to be persistent in the effort to push until something substantial happens. Removing the brush exposes how unsafe the house really is. Thanks for your continued support!
