Our next mile marker is Nov. 9

Hi all, A quick update— Since the overgrowth at 2344 Mountian Oaks Ln was deemed a public nuisance, next steps have been set. An abatement hearing is scheduled for Nov. 9 at City Hall. At this hearing, the owner will have a chance to speak, if he chooses to. This is his opportunity to fight it. If the council rules against him, he will have a deadline to remove the overgrowth, or the city will place a lien on the home to do use tax payer money to do it. I’ll be there on the 9th—If anyone wants to be there, please do! Any input from the neighbors is always useful.
