Just a little update since yesterday I am in contact with the local councillor for Cardiff north. 

I am hoping she can throw some weight behind this for us or put me in contact with someone at the council with who I can open dialogue with. 

I am also in the process of trying to find a contact at the Welsh assembly ideally the first minister. She must have an email address that I can email. If anyone can help please get in contact with me.
