As an Australian citizen, I've watched with growing concern as the direction of American politics increasingly threatens to impact both our own international reputation and our peace. The current U.S. administration, under President Trump, has proven unpredictable and often divisive, potentially jeopardising our national interests. 

Australia, traditionally a close ally of the U.S., could be drawn into international conflicts or deeply influenced by the U.S.'s political manoeuvring. This is why we are calling on the Australian government to reprioritise its alliances. We believe it's time to strengthen ties with our Commonwealth neighbours until there's a change in American leadership.

By aligning ourselves closer with the Commonwealth nations, we can foster greater diplomatic stability, mutual respect and peaceful progress. This move is neither permanent nor hostile, it simply puts the peace and future of Australia at the forefront.
