I've dedicated over a decade to playing on the World versus World (WvW) servers, witnessing firsthand how it cultivates camaraderie and fierce competition that's unlike any other platform. However, the introduction of the Alliance system has significantly disrupted this balance, taking the fun away from what used to be a passionately engaged community. The system, premised on the idea to address balance, has instead fallen far short from its promise.

The Alliance system lacks the dynamics and the sense of unity that the WvW servers harbor. Veteran players like me, who've spent countless hours perfecting our strategies and coordinating with teams, feel unwelcomed. The influx of imbalance conveys that the developers are not paying heed to the intricate nuances of the WvW games.

Subsequently, this system shows hardly any balance. Players are more often met with unmatched adversaries rather than equal combatants, leading to dull and predictable gameplay. Furthermore, detailed reports have suggested a decline in active WvW players since the introduction of the Alliance system, another testament to how it is pushing away dedicated players.

It is time to bring back the WvW servers. It's time for Arena Net to consider this growing concern among its ardent player base. Arena Net, we urge you to restore the WvW servers and abandon the Alliance system that has deteriorated the game we dearly love.
