Hello and Thank you for your support of our Petition To address the Mayor’s proposal to relocate 1 Thousand Homeless persons to our Neighborhoods.  Over 500 locals have agreed with you this is a bad financial plan, and a bad location for a huge homeless population. 

**The Voice of San Diego recently published a report and picture ( above) by Lisa Halverstadt that included an interview with Douglas Hamm the new owner of the Kettner Street warehouse. Mr Hamm is the principal in the Creative House Company operating local projects, restaurants and businesses

We are trying to contact and welcome our new neighbor and have invited Mr. Hamm to tour the adjacent neighborhoods and business and become familiar with us and judge the impact of the intended use case on OUR homes and business.

We welcome Mr Hamm and hope he will change his perspective and find a more compatible plan.

We urge our Mayor and Councilman Whitburn to reject this nearly billion dollar Ash Street type proposal.
