The Issue

As a close friend to a trans woman who lives in constant fear due to the transphobic and trans hateful culture and rhetoric in the world today that has overtaken the UK, I understand the depth and realness of this issue. Every day, trans people are facing discrimination and violence, rape and murder and denial of services and medical help, causing them to live in fear and isolation. An incident of brutal violence ended the life of a young trans teen, virally accompanied by mockery from those harbouring harmful and flawed ideologies and that included the prior UK PM.

The existing societal paradigm, reinforced by public figures like JK Rowling, normalizes and even incites open discrimination against transpeople. When such prejudices are allowed to permeate society unchecked, it becomes increasingly difficult for the transgender community to live untargeted, unfulfilled lives, and it's simply unacceptable.

Transgender individuals deserve the same rights, protections, and respects afforded to every other citizen. UK court systems should recognize the transgender community, with particular emphasis on trans women, and adapt legislative protections for them.

According to the UK Trans Info, it is estimated that there are between 300,000 and 500,000 transgender people in the UK. Representing up to 0.75% of the population, these are your friends, siblings, coworkers, and neighbours who are affected by the UK's current treatment of the transgender community. This is no fringe issue: it is a human rights matter and civil rights matter and deliberate deprivation afforded transpeople that impacts hundreds of thousands of UK residents and merits immediate action.

We request the local government to take immediate action and ensure the legal protection of transgender individuals. These legal changes should encompass anti-discrimination policies in work environments, medical access, and protection from hate crimes. We must move towards fostering a culture of inclusivity and acceptance, where every individual feels safe, respected, and valued.

Please consider signing this petition to help establish equality for the transgender community in the UK and promote a more accepting, inclusive society.

What has happened today regarding "The supreme court ruling" is not in anyway beneficial, or Right, for any woman!  particularly trans women.

When no evidence from trans women, intersex or non binary was asked for or even allowed to be part of this case, no submissions of evidence from the trans community, there care givers, familys, medical establishment, non of this was asked for and the ruling has set a dangerous precedent that all women on this planet living today should be deeply concerned about, a ruling backed by men! And women who possess a rabid deceitful authoritarian ideology themselves, people very much single mindedly focused on policing all women, trans women and girls body's and therefore to actually strip all womens rights and self autonomy bodily or otherwise under the abject lie that trans women are allegedly "harmful predictors" deliberately tarring a hole vulnerable community whom try to live quiet lives hurting no body in all reality.

It is time upon all of us who have a shred of humanity and see the reality of the dangerous bigotry and hate that trans people are forced daily to endure against there wills and there lives, join with me in showing some guts, decency and alliship to stand up and say end the violence, end the hate, end the misinformation, end the deliberate ignorance, and show the trans community that we do in fact care and send the message out there to all human kind that today's ruling by the supreme court today is thoroughly wrong in every way possible, and it is a victory for NO ONE!! It's time we showed some decency kindness dignity and solidarity and friendship to all the trans people who do exist and this ruling cannot erase.

I humbly ask if you care enough in any way then sign this petition, we all need to look after eachother and division between all community's in the name of lies and atrocity just won't do, thank you for reading I wish you all well.
