D'Vervain Residences in Damansara Perdana has been facing persistent issues with the lifts (Wells brand) installed in our residential building, to a point every month or two got lift breakdown, and at one point of time 4 out of 5 lifts broke down despite the service apartment/condo only one year old. The constant breakdowns not only cause major inconveniences to the residents but also pose significant safety risks. It is crucial for the well-being and safety of everyone residing here that we address this issue promptly by replacing the current lifts with newer, more reliable models.

The existing lift systems frequently malfunction, leaving residents stranded, and at times, leading to a complete halt in accessibility, which is especially challenging for the elderly and those with mobility issues. Reports from the building management confirm that these breakdowns are becoming increasingly frequent, and temporary fixes are no longer sufficient to ensure the reliability and safety we need.

Elevators are an essential component of high-rise residential buildings, and their proper functioning is critical to the residents' daily lives. Given the repeated failures of our current systems, the installation of modern, high-quality lifts is not just a matter of convenience but a necessity.
