Hi Christina,

This item was included as part of funding packages for Council through our annual Business Planning Process. We are currently working with SD42 to coordinate potential works. I would like to be respectful of our collaboration with SD42 and as a result, cannot release further information at this time. I will update you at the end of February (hopefully sooner) with more information on this project.

You are correct, most Council meetings are open to the public for attendance and online viewing.
