Why I decided to change focus of the petition

On May 11, Mayor Chirico made his official appointments and sent them to city council for their vote on May 17, 2022. Coyne is nominated for the Library Board while Adcock is not named for the SECA Commision. It's imperative that we find out where he stands in his beliefs about DEI and if he remains aligned with Awake IL or has had a change of heart. Either way, i believe Mr Coyne's motives must be examined and he should go on record on where he stands BEFORE the council votes on may 17!o
