The Mayor of the municipality where the harm occurred has resigned.

That does not mean accountability left with him.

Resignations don't create a clean slate. They expose a broken one.

When records are missing, resolutions don't exist, and a fair process can't be shown that isn't politics. It's governance failure.

These decisions weren't made using party power. They were made using State power, exercised through the municipality and State power doesn't resign when people walk away.

No matter who governs next DA, ANC, or anyone else the duty remains the same produce the records. Show the authority. Prove the fairness.

Lawful governance always leaves a paper trail. No paper trail means no proof it was ever lawful. Accountability doesn't expire.
