Update - 26 January 2026

On 23 January 2026, formal notices were sent to both the Office of the Chief Justice and the Constitutional Court of South Africa, placing them on record of the High Court's administrative failure, the breakdown of the prescribed Court Online filing system, and the absence of guidance despite urgency and notice.

As at 26 January 2026, no response, acknowledgement, or remedial direction has been received from either office.
